Flying J's Travel Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

To reserve a spot on one of Flying J's Travel's tours, a deposit and full payment are required at the time of booking. The deposit and payment amount will vary depending on the tour. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will be refunded in full, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date will not be refunded.

3. Tour Itinerary Changes

Flying J's Travel reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary at any time, including but not limited to changes in travel dates, destinations, hotels, and activities. We will make every effort to provide you with the best possible travel experience, and any changes made will be to the benefit of the tour.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged luggage.

5. Responsibility

Flying J's Travel and its affiliates act only as agents for the suppliers of tours and travel services and are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during the tour.

6. Health and Safety

It is the responsibility of the client to inform Flying J's Travel of any health conditions that may impact their ability to participate in the tour. Flying J's Travel is not responsible for any injury or illness sustained during the tour.

7. Passport and Visa Requirements

It is the responsibility of the client to obtain the necessary passports and visas for travel. Flying J's Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flying J's Travel be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the tours or services provided by Flying J's Travel.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Flying J's Travel is located.

By booking a tour with Flying J's Travel, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
